Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- be unused
- in the same condition that you received it
- be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, you must first email info@criticalpowersolutions.com.au to be issued with a Return ID number. This number must be on the return label. We will also advise you the address to return your item to.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
All unwanted items must be returned ‘un-opened’ and in ‘as new’ condition with no writing, sticky tape or any other form of labels or markings on them or the credit will be denied and stock returned at the customer’s expense. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
NOTE: goods that have been opened but not used/ installed and/or goods that were invoiced greater than 60 days will not be accepted and the RA will be denied and where applicable stock returned at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There will be a minimum restocking fee of 10%.
Please note Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping
To return your product, please email info@criticalpowersolutions.com.au for the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
